Yoga, sound baths, hypnotherapy and coaching are complementary wellness practices. They are not medical or psychological treatment and do not replace care from a licensed physician or mental-health professional. Consult your doctor before starting any physical practice, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

You must be 18 or older to submit forms or book on this site.
Payments, donations and refunds
Payments are processed securely by Square; donations via Venmo are voluntary. All payments for events and sessions are final — no refunds. Event details may change; we'll notify registered guests.
Events
Please follow venue rules and the instructor's guidance. We may refuse participation to keep the space safe for everyone.
Content
Site content, photos and branding belong to Vanessa Rezende and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Vanessa Rezende is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or services.
