Vanessa Rezende ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on https://vanessarezende.online and how we use it.
What we collect
- Name, email address and (optionally) phone number you submit in our forms.
- The offering or event you're interested in, and how you reached our card (NFC tap, QR scan, shared link or direct).
- Confirmation that you are 18 or older, and your email consent choices (with date, IP address and browser for proof of consent).
- Payment details are handled by Square; we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To follow up with you about classes, sound baths, sessions and events you asked about.
- To send event invitations and updates only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To process payments and RSVPs.
Who sees it
Only Vanessa Rezende. We do not sell or share your personal information. We use trusted service providers solely to run the site: secure hosting and database, email delivery, and Square for payments.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add them, we will ask for your consent first.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it or it's no longer needed for the purposes above.
Children
Our forms are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights (including California residents)
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop emails at any time, via our Privacy Choices page or by emailing vanessa@vanessarezende.com. We respond within 45 days and will never treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
Your information is stored in a private, access-controlled database. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
